INGREDIENTS:
- One cup suji
- Two and a half cups water
- Three fourth Cup sugar or as per your liking
- Ghee
- Elaichi powder optional
- One ripe robusta banana – mashed
- Few strands of saffron or kesar
METHOD:
- Roast suji in some ghee.
- Add water, saffron, mashed banana and sugar
Mix everything well. Cover and cook. - Add nuts elaichi powder, ghee and mix well.
- Serve
Nuts: roast them in a little ghee and then add.
