Shahi Tukda is a traditional and indulgent dessert from the Mughlai cuisine, known for its rich flavors and royal presentation. Here’s a step-by-step recipe to make this delightful dish at home.
Ingredients:-
- 5-6 Bread
- 1 Cup Ghee
- 1-2 Cup Sugar
- 2-3 Cup Water
- 1/2 Ltr. Milk
- 1/4 Cup Milk Powder
- 4-5 Leaf Saffron threads
- 1/2 tsp. Cardamom powder
Process:-
Cut the breads into triangle, then heat desi ghee in a pan at low flame after that Fry bread until its golden. After that make a syrup(Chashni) then add fried bread in sweet syrup leave it to 1 mint or until it soak.
Now add 1/2 Ltr. milk in a pan on medium flame then add 1/4 cup of milk powder mix well add some saffron threads now add 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder and 2 tsp sugar cook until become half.
Now Rubri is ready let it cool for some time.
After it cool take a plate and put the breads into the plate on by one and put Rubri on the breads now garnish it with dry fruits.
