INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Novelty curd
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup milkmaid
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 2 tbsp Novelty milk
METHOD:
- Step- 1. Whisk together curd, fresh cream, milkmaid, and mango puree in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Step-2. Put the mixture in Fridge and refrigerate until it is set
- Step-3. After the curd is set, take them out at room temperature
- Step-4. Pour the Mango puree into individual bowls or glasses
- Step-5. Garnish with your favourite toppings, chopped pistachios before serving.
