Mango Falooda

INGREDIENTS:
- Mango 2
- Novelty Milk 1 cup
- Mango essence 1 tsp
- Rosé syrup 1 tsp
- Agar 2 inches
- Sabja seeds 1 tsp
- Sprinklers
METHOD:

Step-1- Soak sabja seeds for 20 minutes

Step-2- Prepare mango puree ( no need to add sugar if mangoes are sweet)

Step-3- To prepare jelly, soak agar in water for 10 minutes and Heat a cup of water
-
Step-4-Add soaked agar, mango essence & little sugar and Keep stirring until the agar dissolves completely.

Step-5- Allow to rest for 30 minutes or more

Step-6-Later cut this jelly into pieces

Step-7- Again heat water & add Falooda vermicelli Cook until soft

Now assemble Falooda in this order——
- Sabja seeds
- Mango pieces
- Vermicelli
- Rosé syrup
- Chilled milk
- Mango purée
- Mango/ vanilla ice cream
- Mango pieces, jelly & sprinklers
