INGREDIENTS:

  • Mango 2
  • Novelty Milk 1 cup
  • Mango essence 1 tsp
  • Rosé syrup 1 tsp
  • Agar 2 inches
  • Sabja seeds 1 tsp
  • Sprinklers

METHOD:

  • Step-1- Soak sabja seeds for 20 minutes

  • Step-2- Prepare mango puree ( no need to add sugar if mangoes are sweet)

  • Step-3- To prepare jelly, soak agar in water for 10 minutes and Heat a cup of water

  • Step-4-Add soaked agar, mango essence & little sugar and Keep stirring until the agar dissolves completely.

  • Step-5- Allow to rest for 30 minutes or more

  • Step-6-Later cut this jelly into pieces

  • Step-7- Again heat water & add Falooda vermicelli Cook until soft

  • Now assemble Falooda in this order——

  1. Sabja seeds
  2. Mango pieces
  3. Vermicelli
  4. Rosé syrup
  5. Chilled milk
  6. Mango purée
  7. Mango/ vanilla ice cream
  8. Mango pieces, jelly & sprinklers
